Holidays
Every EB member has 14 days off besides National Conferences and official holidays. These dates should be accepted by EB-team at least not later than 2 weeks before. You can divide your holidays.

EB RESPONSIBILITIES
EB-team works to make life of our LC better and sustainably
Ensure sustainable development of LC and fulfilment of LC goals
Take part in shaping and promoting LC vision, strategies and culture
Regular participation in EBMs / Team Days / EB Plannings, O2O meetings with LCP
Manage your functional department
Education for LC members (conducting trainings and execution of education cycle)
Taking part in activities related to the recruitment process
Attending Local and National Conferences, facilitating on Local Conferences
Preparing and getting/running transition, EB2EB transition
Represent LC on external

Pass a review. It will be in offline format and will last for approximately ~2 hours. The date will be chosen between 22-23 December.

Whole application form should be in English. You can use any design for your application (.pdf, tilda, etc.).
Please answer all questions honestly, carefully and as detailed as possible. All questions are required to be answered. Important: Write questions themselves before your answers.
Endorsement letters can be in English/Russian and should contain date, signature and phone number of the author. You need to get 3 letters from:
1) Any EB "Surfers" member (included Lola and Rafael)
2) Your teammate
3) External person who has never participated in AIESEC
Tests Results. You will need to include results of 3 tests that are listed below. Make screenshots of your results.

Questions & Answers session will be held right after speeches of all candidates and will last up to 10 minutes. Full members, EB, LC members, MC and alumnies are able to ask their questions.
After all candidates present themselves, full members will give the vote of confidence.
In the end eLCP makes the final decision.
